Dropped Phone

about 3 months ago i dropped my phone on concrete and cracked the top left corner of my screen, then about 3 weeks ago it got very wet and i had to replace the sim card, but it ran perfectly normal. last night, was a different story, i dropped my phone on cement floor and when i picked it up, there was lines through the left side of the screen. at first i wasnt able to use the touch screen but later on i was able to start using it. it begins at a normal screen brightness than it progressively gets whiter until the touch screen becomes unusable. My phone contract ends in december but i rely on my phone to contact my parents/boss. I'm really not sure what to do.
